Our Embroidery Process
Embroidery Machine
Step 1: Digitizing
In order for Golden to embroidered any textile item it must be digitized, with the exception of certain names and numbers. Digitizing involves an extremely complex computer program and a skilled digitizer to transform your design into stitches. The digitizer must consider many variables such as the type, direction, and density of the stitches. Once your image is successfully digitized it is then saved to a disk.
Step 2: Editing
Once on disk Golden is able to edit the picture for the best quality. Editing may involve enlarging or reducing the size of the artwork, as well as adding text or simple images for embroidery. Once the customer and our embroidery department are satisfied the approval is given and Golden begins the embroidery process.
Step 3: The Embroidery
Golden only purchases the best and latest industrial embroidery machines manufactured by Tajima. This company is known globally with a great reputation for manufacturing quality machines. Our embroidery department has three workstations with 12, 6, and 1 electronic multi-head machines. When the digitized artwork is given to the art department our machine reads the disk and begins to embroider. The operators of these machines are experienced and qualified individuals who take great care in the work they do and won’t rest until the job is done to your specifications.
Golden is able to handle any job, big or small, and we are eager to get started the moment the order arrives. Please give us a call or email us with your particular embroidering needs and we would be glad to discuss pricing with you.
